I'm pretty sure it was a 45 pound trap bar, I compared to a 45 lb plate and they weighed about the same :/


Conventional Deadlift

abs: 100 reps - ran out of time, will do tonight!

What I learned about myself today:

1. I'm stronger than I think
2. I'm a wimp about failing. I thought I would get to a point when I would legit fail, but I didn't (couldn't bring myself to?). Maybe I started too low. Ran out time. I have all the excuses in the book....

  1. Wow! That's impressive! I think that many of use #2 to avoid giving up about a lot of things. I know I do. You should, however, be kinder to yourself - you're showing courage, not being a wimp!
