Sorry - no workouts this week :(

Caught a cold, and I've been somewhat lazy. I mean, I know I'm supposed to rest, but tomorrow marks a week out of the gym.

Going to do this week's planned workouts next week, with a possible light workout tomorrow.

Trying to be more consistent, mostly with posting!

    Seriously though, take it easy and don't burn yourself out.

    1. I know, such a slacker! I'm glad I waited until today, this morning I felt great, but went with easy stuff and it still kicked my butt! I'll be ready to rock Monday :)
